不分光红外气体分析仪信号处理与控制系统研究与设计

摘    要:将先进的数字信号处理和控制方法应用于不分光红外气体分析仪,研制了不分光红外气体分析仪数字信号处理与控制系统。采用基于周期图法的幅值谱方法,计算不分光红外气体分析仪传感器输出信号的幅值,并进行频谱校正,提高计算精度。基于实验数据,采用最小二乘方法建立气体浓度与传感器信号幅值之间的关系,从而实现整个系统的线性化,确保测量精度。采用基于PWM波的积分分离的PI控制算法,控制不分光红外气体分析仪接收器的温度,响应速度快,稳定性好。

Abstract:Advanced digital signal processing and control methods are applied to non-dispersive infrared gas analyzer, and a digital signal processing and control system of non-dispersive infrared gas analyzer is developed. The amplitude spectrum based on the periodogram is utilized to calculate the amplitude of the sensor output signal, and the spectrum correction is performed to improve the computational precision. According to the experimental data, the relationship between the gas concentration and the signal amplitude is built by least squares method, and the linearization of the system is achieved to ensure the measurement accuracy. The PI control algorithm with integral separation realized by PWM wave is adopted to control the temperature of the receiver of non-dispersive infrared gas analyzer, the response speed of the temperature control is fast and the stability is good.
