摘    要:提出了一种基于混杂系统建模和粒子滤波预测算法的电力电子电路故障预测方法。针对电力电子电路混杂特性,建立了描述电力电子电路故障变化的状态空间模型,同时采用粒子滤波预测算法,通过粒子迭代估计当前时刻系统状态和缓变参数的变化趋势。通过分析BUCK电路的工作状态,阐述了选择输出纹波电压作为电路故障判据的理由。仿真实验证明了本文方法的有效性。

Abstract:To predict the soft fault of the power electronic system,a state-space model of the power electronic sys-tem is given in this paper,which can describe the failure process.The power electronic system can be viewed as a typical hybrid system and the particle filter is also used to estimate the current state and the future development of the circuit.According to the analysis of the BUCK circuit,the voltage ripple of the output is chosen as the failure criterion to predict the probability of malfunction.The exp...
