小型光电编码器细分误差补偿法

摘    要:提出了一种基于图形拟合的小型光电编码器细分误差补偿的新方法。首先,采用分段函数法建立莫尔条纹三角波光电信号波形方程;然后,采用回归分析理论、可决系数方法,研究了所建三角波图形与实际光电信号图形的拟合程度,建立了莫尔条纹三角波图形拟合优度检验方法;最后,建立了细分误差补偿数学模型,给出了新的莫尔条纹细分计算公式,实现对细分误差的综合补偿。运用本方法对16位小型光电编码器进行细分误差补偿处理,经实际测试细分误差峰峰值由79"减小到27.5"。实际结果表明:研究的细分误差补偿方法,可提高光电编码器的细分精度,对于研制小型高精度光电编码器具有重要意义。
