摘    要:在分析装载机载重测量的实现机理和实现方案基础上,致力于构建装载机动态载重测量系统试验平台.通过载重测量系统对硬件设计提出的要求,给出基于ARM嵌入式微处理器HMS30C7202和24位∑-△模数转换器AD7730的硬件设计总体框架,并对各部分电路进行了详细阐述;最后通过工业现场苛刻环境条件下大量的试验验证了所设计的试验平台的测量精度可稳定在1%以内,同时具有较高的可靠性和稳定性,表明所研制的试验平台是成功的.

Abstract:Based on analyzing the scheme and technique of dynamic weighing of wheel loader, the aim of this study is to construct a test platform of dynamic weighing. After analyzing the hardware design requirement of the dynamic weighing system, the overall hardware design scheme is given, which is based on HMS30C7202 embedded ARM microprocessor and 24 bits sigma-delta A/D converter AD7730. And then all the hardware circuit sections are discussed in detail. Finally, large amount of field test experiments under critical industrial environment condition were carried out. Experiment results show that the system has high precision and good stability and its measurement error is within 1%, which indicates that the design of the test platform is successful.
