光电轴角编码器的误码检测系统

摘    要:为了检测光电轴角编码器输出的角度值是否有误码,设计了光电轴角编码器的误码检测系统.根据光电轴角编码器的转速不能突变的原理,采用TMS320F2812型的微处理器采集光电轴角编码器的角度数据,对编码器的角度进行微分运算,得到编码器转动的速度.根据不同编码器的特点,设置加速度阈值的大小,当加速度大于设置阈值时,则编码器在该位置有误码,通过OLED显示屏显示误码的位置,并根据需要实时显示编码器转动角速度的图形.该系统适用于在工作现场检测各种型号的光电轴角编码器是否有误码,具有检测速度快、检测准确等优点.

Abstract:In order to detect the photoelectric shaft encoder whether there is code error, the code error detection system is designed. According to the theory of the speed of photoelectric shaft encoder can't mutation, using the microproc- essor of TMS320F2812 to collection the angle data of photoelectric shaft encoder, differential calculate to the angle of encoder, the rotate speed of encoder is got. According to the different characteristics of the encoder, the threshold size of acceleration is set. When the acceleration is larger than the set threshold, then the encoder has code error in the position, the location of code error is shown on the OLED display. And according to the need, the graphics of angular velocity of the encoder is display in real-time. The system is applicable to work at the scene of photoelectric shaft encoder of various types whether there is code error, with the characteristic of high detection speed and accurate.
