摘    要:针对科氏质量流量计一次仪表和变送器匹配不佳时所带来的无法启振、测量精度不高以及驱动效率较低等问题,提出基于模拟驱动电路的稳态幅值图解分析方法,以国内某型号的一次仪表和自身研制的变送器为对象,分析启振、稳态振荡和高温情况下的匹配过程。给出一些最佳匹配的措施,使得启振时间缩短为3s,驱动效率提高20%,保证流量计在高温60℃环境下仍能正常运行。实验结果表明,匹配方法简单、可行和有效。

Abstract:The mismatch between the primary meter and transmitter of Coriolis mass flowmeter can cause the prob- lems of bad accuracy, low drive efficiency, and even the failure of startup. Therefore, aiming at one kind of domestic pri- mary meter and self-developed transmitter, a steady-state amplitude diagram analysis method for the analog drive circuit is proposed, which is used to examine the matching processes such as startup, steady-state oscillation and working in high temperature environment. Some best-match measures are present to shorten the start-up time 3 seconds, raise the drive efficiency by 20% and ensure normal operation of the flowmeter in the high temperature environment of 60℃. The ex- perimental results show that the matching method is simple, feasible and effective.
