| Abstract: | From the production performance of owned power plant, the interest of owned power plant, power generation enterprises and power grid enterprises, and the function of owned power plant in demand side management, this paper analyzed the positive role of owned power plant, restrained its negative effect, realized social utility maximization and better balanced the interests of all parties. |
