数字化变电站的特征及关键技术问题

摘    要:介绍了数字化变电站的发展技术基础,对数字化变电站的主要特点:数字化变电站具有数字化的数据采集系统、数字化变电站内一次设备的智能化、数字化变电站内部具有分层分布分散的系统结构、数字化变电站采用网络化的信息通信技术及数字化变电站能够实现设备状态检修和自动化的运营管理技术进行了分析,并从数字化变电站通信网络的可靠性和实时性、合并单覆数据同步问题、继电保护冗余配置问题三个方面探讨了数字化变电站关键技术问题。

Abstract:This paper introduced the basis of the developing technology of the digital substation. Analyzed the main features of digital substation : digital substation had a digital data acquisition system, intelligent of the primary equipment in the digital substation, digital substation had a layered internal distribution decentralized system structure, digital substation adopted the networked information and communication technology and digital substation could realize condition-based maintenance and automated operation management technology. Discussed the critical technology of digital substation from three aspects : the reliability and real time of communication network in digital substation, merging unit data synchronization issues and the redundancy configuration problem of relay protection.
