| 摘 要： | 智能电网是电力、自动化和信息通信三大技术的综合，统一、高效、灵活和高生存性的通信平台，是智能电网的必要支撑。文章根据电力系统通信的特点，分析了建立基于分组的统一通信平台的必要性；介绍了作为IP网络发展趋势的PTN的历史和特点；对PTN在电力系统内外，主要是中国移动和国网信息通信有限公司的应用情况。特别是PTN的实时通信支持能力和时间同步能力给予关注；对使用PTN建立统一分组电力通信网进行了展望。
