BX06PCM调试中的常见故障处理

摘    要:通过对BX06PCM设备在安装、调试及维护中出现的故障现象的描述,从设备工作原理、组网接线方式、设备面板指示灯状态入手,找出引起业务中断的原因,快速、彻底地排除故障,形成设备维护和故障处理的方式方法,经过长期运维得出:一般业务中断均为网管误操作,外围接线错误、脱落、虚焊等原因造成,为了避免设备长期处于告警状态运行,应将一些空闲端口进行环回,在新建业务时及时解除此类操作,保证业务的正常配置.

Abstract:This article described some fault phenomenon of the BX06PCM equipment in the installation, debugging and daily maintenance. Based on the equipment working principle, networking wiring mode and the panel working indicator lamp status,the reasons for business failure were analyzed, so as to achieve fast and thorough troubleshooting as well as form the equipment maintenance and fault treatment methods. According to long-term operation and maintenance experiences, we find out the equipment failures are usually due to NMS misoperation, external wiring error, welding off or insufficient solder. We make some free loopbaek operation on idle ports, in order to avoid the risk of equipment operating in a long-term alarm state. When building the new business, these types of misoperation should be removed in time to ensure the normal business configuration.
