The Common Troubleshooting in BX06PCM Debugging

This article described some fault phenomenon of the BX06PCM equipment in the installation, debugging and daily maintenance. Based on the equipment working principle, networking wiring mode and the panel working indicator lamp status,the reasons for business failure were analyzed, so as to achieve fast and thorough troubleshooting as well as form the equipment maintenance and fault treatment methods. According to long-term operation and maintenance experiences, we find out the equipment failures are usually due to NMS misoperation, external wiring error, welding off or insufficient solder. We make some free loopbaek operation on idle ports, in order to avoid the risk of equipment operating in a long-term alarm state. When building the new business, these types of misoperation should be removed in time to ensure the normal business configuration.
