基于工作流技术的电力系统MIS设计

摘    要:传统电力管理信息系统(M IS)的缺陷在于不能随业务流程的改变而自动产生变化,迫不得已只能重构M IS系统,给系统维护带来沉重负担。工作流是一项支持企业流程自动化的技术,其管理系统可将业务流过程管理与应用程序相分离,为业务流程打开方便之门。文章将工作流技术引入电力M IS,从组织模型、过程模型和信息模型3个方面描述了基于工作流的电力M IS的模型定义和建模过程,给出了系统设计框架、各模块的实现方法,详细介绍了基于关系数据库的工作流引擎。该方案实现了业务流程的定制功能,提高了工作效率,减少系统的维护工作量。

Abstract:The disadvantage of traditional Management Information System(MIS) for power enterprises lies in its lack of enough flexibility to adapt the change of business processes.MIS system usually needs to be rebuilt when business processes have changed,which results in heavy maintenance workload.The workflow is a kind of technology which supports the business process automation.Its management system can separate the business process management from application program,which brings greater convenience to the business process.This paper introduces workflow technology used by electric power MIS,describes the definitions and modeling process of the MIS based on workflow from the aspects of organization,process and information model.It presents the design frame and implementation method of each module and describes in detail the workflow engine based on relational database.MIS based on workflow technology can realize the customization of business processes,improve work efficiency and reduce maintenance work.
