摘    要:随着基于以太网技术在分布式系统的广泛应用,分布式系统时钟同步问题迫切的需要解决.文章提出了基于Cortex-M3的微控制器LM3S8962的IEEE 1588时钟同步协议的实现方案,介绍了LM3S8962芯片硬件时间戳的生成和IEEE 1588从时钟的实现,并分析了影响时钟同步精度的因素.并最终利用LM3S8962硬件平台,实现了IEEE 1588协议.测试结果表明,利用M3芯片内部对IEEE 1588协议硬件支持的功能,可以达到系统高精度的时间同步要求.

Abstract:With the wide application of the distributed system based on Ethernet technology,the problem about clock synchronization of distributed system needs to be solved.This paper presents a scheme about IEEE 1588 clock synchronization protocol of micro controller LM3S8962 based on Cortex-M3.It introduces the production of the LM3S8962 hardware timestamp and the realization of IEEE 1588 slave clock.The factors which affect the accuracy of clock synchronization have been analyzed.Finally,using the LM3S8962 hardware platform,IEEE 1588 protocol is realized.The testing result shows that the function of Cortex-M3 internal hardware supports IEEE1588,and the high precision request of time synchronization has been achieved.
