摘    要:简述了国内外智能电网的发展背景和研究概况,分析了我国发展坚强智能电网的必要性,从新能源大规模接入、电网运行、电网调度控制和用户与电网双向交互等方面分析了我国电网中存在的技术问题,提出构建坚强智能电网应重点研究的新能源接入标准和相关技术、输(变、配)电关键技术、新一代智能调度支持系统、智能用电服务体系等若干关键技术。
