继电保护信号在光纤通信网中的传输

摘    要:介绍了线路保护通道的建设及配置原则,依据光纤保护的基本方式和特点,并结合实例对三明地区部份220kV输电线路利用光纤通信传输网络传输继电保护信号采用的方式进行阐述,同时对保护通道中时钟同步的方式及传输时延产生的原因做了分析。总结了继电保护信号在光纤通信网中传输两种通道配置方式的可靠性,随着光纤通信网络结构的逐步完善,光纤保护将占据线路保护的主导地位,以确保整个电网的安全、稳定、经济运行。

Abstract:The construct and scheme principle of transmission power line protection channel is introduced simply in the paper. By the basic mode and characteristic of the optical fiber protection, the adopting mode, which transmits relay protection signal through the optical fiber communication network in some 220 kV power line of Sanming, is expatiated. The method of clock synchronization and the producing reason of the transmission delay in the protection channel are analyzed. It is summarized that the transmission reliabilities of the relay protection signal in the optical fiber communication network in two different channel schemes. Along with the optical fiber telecommunication network configuration being perfect step by step, the optical fiber protection will hold the dominant position in the power line protection. It insures that the whole power network is running under the safety, stability and economy.
