| 摘 要： | 对地区供电企业正在或将要进行的电力通信网容灾建设,提出了一种语音解决方案,核心是基于信息数据网(IP over OPTIC类型)用IP电话来实现第二汇聚点至所辖变电站和下级调度端的应急调度电话的组织方案,及第二汇聚点的调度交换系统配置方案.

| Abstract: | This paper proposed a speech solution for the local power company which is constructing or will construct the disasters recovery system of electric power communication network. The core principle is based on information data networks （IP over OPTIC type）, using IP phone to implement the organization plan for the emergency dispatching telephone from the second gathering point to passing substation and junior dispatching center, as well as the dispatching switching system configuration of the second gathering point. |
