| 摘 要： | 介绍了典型的电力调度反事故演习系统的组成情况,指出其在建设与维护方面存在的问题,提出利用行政交换网的IP网关和局域网,完成窄带电路交换系统与宽带包交换的IP网络之间的组网,在行政交换网上叠加反事故演习SIP电话系统的技术方案,实现向下一代网络软交换的兼容,并介绍了SIP协议和软交换技术的应用.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the configuration of anti-accident maneuver system in power dispatching network and discusses the problems occurred during the period of construction and maintenance.It points out that the networking between narrowband circuit exchange system and broadband packet exchange can be made by using IP gateway of telephone exchange system and LAN so as to be compatible with next generation network soft switch. |
