| 摘 要： | 随着计算机和通信技术的发展,为适应电网对SAS和EMS的新要求,IEC TC57小组制定了针对SAS的61850标准和EMS的61970标准。IEC 61850/61970定义了各自的数据模型和通信接口标准,但它们之间并没有统一的数据模型和通信接口标准。根据TC57战略咨询小组的要求,现有技术水平的整个通信体系都应该是无缝隙的。针对这个问题,文章介绍了IEC 61850/61970的主要内容及特点,对基于这2种标准的无缝通信系统进行了详细的研究和设计。

| Abstract: | Considering the situation that the existing SAS and EMS can not satisfy the demands of rapid development of computer and communication technology,the standards of IEC 61850 for SAS and 61970 for EMS have been issued by IEC TC57.These two standards have defined data models and corresponding interface standards respectively,but there are no unified ones between themselves.According to the request of TC57 strategy advisory panel,the integral communication architecture under the present technological level should be seamless.Aiming to this problem,the author introduces the main contents and the characteristics of IEC 61850 and 61970 standards,and designs the seamless communications system based on these two standards. |
