Study on the resource management project of power communication network

Nowadays, Network resource management is a hot topic in the field of power communication network. This paper reviews the background, development and present situation of the project, presents its main research contents, analyzes comprehensively the congnitional problems and work methods of the project, which include scope of the project, resource unified modeling, GIS technological application, applied function of electric services and technological requirements, etc. This paper offers reference value for designing and developing these types of projects.
