| Abstract: | This paper introduces the power distribution automation(DA) pilot project in Chengnan Power Supply Company,and analyses the requirement of DA on communication,and makes the calculation on data flow.It discusses the characteristic of the Zigbee and its application in DA,and introduces the test for wireless coverage whose result shows that the technology can meet the demand of the DA.The application of Zigbee in pilot project is also analyzed and the further implementation is discussed in the paper. |
