| 摘 要： | 针对传统变电站调度交换系统的现状及存在的问题，文章对电路交换和分组交换技术体制进行了简单的比较分析，详细阐述了一体化IP调度系统的结构组成。最后探讨了一体化IP调度系统在智能变电站中的建设方案，方案可满足站内调度电话与市话的要求．提高带宽利用率，节约成本和有利于运维。

| Abstract: | Based on the current status and existing problems on dispatching switch system in traditional substations,this paper simply analyses circuit switching and packet switching technique,particularly expounds the structure of integrated IP dispatching system.It discusses the scheme of integrated IP dispatching system in intelligent substations,which can meet the requirements of dispatching and local telephone within substations,improve bandwidth utilization,and save cost. |
