| 摘 要： | 在对TMF NGOSS进行深入研究的基础上,参照通信运营商在OSS体系规划和建设中的先进经验,分析电力通信管理的困境和发展趋势.结合广东电网通信体制和运行机制调整的实际情况,以广东电网智能通信网全程管控系统项目为例,研究和探讨了新形势下电网通信管控支撑体系的构建、部署和应用思路.
