摘    要:对添有不同摩尔比的Fe_2O_3、NiO、Co_2O_3的V_2O_5二次锂电池正极材料的研究表明:5%Fe_2O_3-V_2O_5的比容量最高(334Ah/kg,i_d=0.5mA/cm~2);20%NiO—V_2O_5循环性能最好,经过60次深循环后还保持70%的容量;由Ip~v~(1/2)的线性关系和恒电位阶跃时I~t~(1/2)呈线性关系说明放电过程由锂在正极材料中的扩散所控制.

Abstract:The positive electrodes were prepared from mixing of V2O5 with Fe2O3, Co2O3 or NiO in different molar ratio. The tentative cell was consisted of two lithium electrodes and one positive electrode wrapped in Cel-gard 2400. The electrolyte was 1 mol/1 LiAsFfl~PC. The 5% Fe2O3-V2O5 had. the highest specific capacity (334Ah/kg) among these materials. The 20% NiO-V2O5 had very good cyclic life. The capacity after 60 cycles was 70% of the initial capacity in deep discharging for this material. The insertion of lithium was studied by SLV and potential step techniques. The results showed that the insertion process was controlled by the diffusion of lithium in the positive material
