| Abstract: | The key factors to develop micro fuel cells for practical applications were analyzed. Based on the achievements in the present literatures, recent progress in the region of micro fuel cells was introduced, and the structure design, fabrication process and applications of micro fuel cells were presented in detail. In order to put them into commercialization, the technology challenge and research trend for micro fuel cells were also discussed. |
