氢氧化镍活性、堆积密度、形貌与结构研究

摘    要:由于制备条件和工艺的不同,电极材料氢氧化镍Ni(OH)_2的活性可在130~250mAh/g、堆积密度可在1.1~2.2g/cm~3之间变动,高低悬殊相差1倍.扫描电镜(SEM)下观察到的Ni(OH)_2外部形貌可分为球形、类球形和近于无定形三类.X射线衍射(XRD)研究指出高活性氢氧化镍晶体结构特征为整体有序,局部缺陷.红外光谱(IR)研究认为高活性高堆积密度Ni(OH)_2是α-Ni(OH)_2和β-Ni(OH)_2的混合物.

Abstract:The activity and bulk density of Ni(OH)2 can change in the range of 130-250mAh/g and 1. 1-2. 2g/cm' respectively in association with the different prepare conditions. Three types of morphology of Ni(OH)2,spheric,spheric-like,and amorphous,are observed by SEM. The results of XRD analysis show that the structural feature of high activity Ni(OH)2 is of bulk regular with partial crystal defect. Measurement of IR spectra show that the Ni(OH)2 with high activity and high bulk density is a mixture of a-Ni(OH)2 and &-Ni(OH)2
