摘    要:电动车作为新型交通工具 ,有着巨大的环保价值和广阔的市场前景。在系统地介绍了电动车的分类、当前国内外电动车以及各种电动车用动力型电源的研究现状和发展方向的基础上 ,对我国电动车产业发展战略提出了建议 ,指出了我国发展电动车产业两个可能的突破口 ,并进行了开设一条电动公交客车专线示范工程的经济可行性分析。从技术指标和经济指标分析 ,现阶段我国的电池技术已经初步可以满足我国发展电动车产业初级阶段的需要。

Abstract:Electric Vehicle (EV), as an integrated product of modern technology and trend of the auto industry in the future, was environmental friendly and had wide market prospect. EV was classified systematically as Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) according to the sources of driving force in a vehicle. Present achievements and further research trends of EV and many kinds of power sources adapted to EV were reviewed. The proposal about how to develop EV industry in China was presented. Two possible breakthroughs of the EV markets in China, the markets of electric buses and electric bicycles, was suggested. On the basis of the technical and economical analysis it could be concluded that the lead acid battery could meet the elemental needs for developing EV in our country today.
