新型电磁脉冲应力处理电源的研究

摘    要:将机加工过程中的薄壁类工件置于中频的电磁脉冲装置中,电磁脉冲器内线圈通有强度逐渐增强再逐渐减弱、频率从10~40 kHz程序变化的交变电流,在高速交变的脉冲磁场作用下工件内部的磁晶磁极高速运动并重新排列,以达到消除工件内部残余应力的目的.用透射电镜观察处理前后的工件微观结构图,验证了装置的可行性.

Abstract:The machined thin walled workpiece was put into electromagnetic equipment with IF for internal stress,where there was a procedural alternating current range from 10 kHz to 40 kHz which produced a high-speed alternating electromagnetic field.The high-speed alternating electromagnetic field made the high-speed magnetocrystalline pole rearrange,which could relieve the internal stress.In addition,the micro-structure diagram proves the equipment feasible by TEM.
