非晶态Pt-CoSn合金上的甲醇电催化氧化

摘    要:为了研究Pt修饰非晶态催化剂对甲醇电催化氧化行为的影响,采用两步法合成了碳载Pt修饰非晶态CoSn合金催化剂。使用透射电镜和X射线衍射技术分析了CoSn/C前体和Pt-CoSn/C催化剂的形貌及晶体结构;利用循环伏安法和旋转圆盘电极技术测试电化学性能,比较了Pt/C、PtRu/C和Pt-CoSn/C催化剂对甲醇氧化的电催化活性和稳定性。结果表明,Pt修饰非晶态CoSn合金催化剂对甲醇氧化有较好的电催化性能,Pt用量显著降低。非晶态CoSn合金具有良好的质子和电子传导能力,提高了Pt对甲醇氧化的电催化活性;Pt-CoSn/C对甲醇电催化的质量活性和稳定性要优于PtRu/C催化剂。

Abstract:In order to study the electro-catalytic behaviour of methanol electro-oxidation reaction with Pt decorating amorphous CoSn alloys,Pt decorating amorphous CoSn alloys catalyst supported on carbon(denote as Pt-CoSn/C) was prepared by the two-stage chemical synthesis.The structure of Pt-CoSn/C catalyst was confirmed by the transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Under the same quality of noble metal,the Pt-CoSn/C catalyst had higher mass activity than Pt/C and PtRu/C catalysts in cyclic voltammetry for methanol oxidation.The structure of Pt decorating amorphous CoSn alloys could not only obviously decrease the usage of Pt but also enhance its catalytic activity.
