基于LabWindows/CVI的锂离子电池内阻测试系统设计

摘    要:设计出了一套基于虚拟仪器的锂离子电池内阻测试系统,采用直流内阻谱和交流内阻谱法进行了测试,更加全面地反应了锂离子电池内阻情况。通过RS232通讯协议控制程控电源和电子负载,使其满足测试条件,同时用USB数据采集器实时将原始数据采集,得出测试结果。设计中运用了Lab Windows/CVI开发环境,由于其提供了丰富的接口函数,使得软件开发周期大大缩短。

Abstract:An auto test system of lithium ion battery impedance based on virtual instrument was designed,and the DC impedance spectrum and AC impedance spectrum were used in the test system,which could comprehensively reveal the internal resistance of lithium ion battery.The PC controlled the power supply and electronic load by communication protocol of RS232,and made battery fulfill the test condition.In addition,USB DAQ acquired data in real time,and PC gave the result of test.The tool of Lab Windows/CVI was used in the system,which gave many interface functions and made the period of software development shorter.
