锂离子电池热稳定性的快速评测方法研究

摘    要:基于加速绝热量热仪(ARC)的工作模式及测试原理,开发了以恒功率加热模式对锂离子电池热稳定性测评的方法。对两种电池样本在ARC常规模式和恒功率模式下进行对比测试,发现恒功率模式可得到与ARC常规模式同等的测评效果。与ARC常规模式相比,恒功率模式不会发生电池被过度加热而导致自放热起始温度偏高的现象,而且测试时间大大缩短,可有效缩短电池热稳定性的测评周期。

Abstract:Based on the working mode and test principle of adiabatic rate calorimeter(ARC),a method for evaluating the thermal stability of lithium ion battery with constant power heating mode was developed.By comparing two kinds of battery samples in the ARC conventional mode and constant power mode,it's found that the constant power mode can obtain the same evaluation effect as the ARC conventional test mode.Compared with the ARC conventional mode,the constant power mode wouldn't cause the battery to be overheated,resulting in a high self-heating onset temperature,and the test time is greatly shortened,which can effectively shorten the evaluation cycle of the battery thermal stability.
