基于LabVIEW的蓄电池内阻测量设计

摘    要:在现有测量基础上,为了进一步提高铅酸蓄电池内阻测量精度,利用交流注入法和LabVIEW软件设计了一套铅酸蓄电池内阻测量系统。该系统以LabVIEW软件为基础,设计了能产生稳定正弦信号和数据采集的程序。为抑制噪声干扰,在NI公司开发的信号调理模块的基础上对所产生的正弦信号进行调理。实验结果证明,该系统操作方便,而且测量精度较高、误差小。

Abstract:On the basis of existing measurement,in order to further improve the measurement accuracy of internal resistance of lead-acid batteries,a set of internal resistance measurement system of lead-acid batteries was designed by using AC injection method and LabVIEW software.Based on LabVIEW software,a program to generate stable sinusoidal signal and data acquisition was designed.In order to suppress noise interference,the generated sinusoidal signal was modulated based on the signal conditioning module developed by NI company.The experimental results show that the system with high precision and small error is easy to operate.
