摘    要:采用恒电位电化学活化法制备了表层呈开放多孔结构的活性玻态炭(AGC),表征研究了其电化学性能、结构形貌和活化层厚度,同时与粉状活性炭进行了电容和阻抗特性的比较,表明活化层厚度随活化时间呈线性增长,该方法可做到活化层厚度可控。在H2SO4水溶液体系中,AGC电极除形成双电层电容外,还包含有准电容。在高电位扫速下,循环伏安曲线保持良好的对称矩形,其交流阻抗谱图与理想极化电极相似,表现出理想电容的特征。基于所测的电容和阻抗值,计算了活性玻态炭比能量和最大比功率随活化层厚度变化的曲线,更进一步地说明活性玻态炭电极功率特性良好的特点,为其在高比功率电化学电容器方面的应用研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:Glassy carbon (GC) samples were activated by potentiostatic electrochemical activation to provide an active film with open pores, and the electrochemical performances, structure, appearance and thickness of activation films were characterized. Performance of capacitance and impedance were compared with activated carbon powers. The results show that the thickness of activation films can be controlled due to a linear increase with activation time. In aqueous 3 mol/L H_2SO_4, the activated GC contains not only a double-layer capacitance but also a pseudo-capacitance. Under a high scan rate of potential. Its cyclic volt-ampere curve still exhibits a good symmetrical rectangle. Its AC impedance spectra is similar to that of ideal polarization electrodes, showing characteristics of ideal capacitance. Power density and energy density were also calculated based on the results of capacitance and imedance. So the foundation may be established in the application of high power electrochemical capacitors.
