燃料电池单电池电压检测系统设计

摘    要:燃料电池堆各单电池电压反应了整个电堆和辅助系统的工作状态。通过检测单电池电压,能及时发现电堆工作的异常状况。设计一种燃料电池电压检测系统,将差分放大和多路选择开关结合运用于电堆每片单电池电压的检测中,设计该系统的组成、硬件电路和软件流程。该系统作为燃料电池运行状态检测系统的一部分,在50W的燃料电池发电系统上试验,达到了良好效果。

Abstract:The voltage of each cell in the fuel cell stack indicates the working state of the whole stack and the auxiliary system.The abnormal conditions of stack can be detected immediately by detecting the cell voltage.A kind of voltage detecting system for fuel cells was designed,which integrated differential amplifier and multi-way selector switch into the voltage detection of each cell to design the components,hardware circuits and software process.The detection system as a part of status detection system of fue...
