摘    要:建立了聚光型太阳能热电发电器工作的数学模型,应用热力学理论重点分析了发电器件的材料热导率和几何结构对电源电动势、输出功率和效率的影响.结果表明:电源电动势、输出功率和效率均随器件材料热导率的减小或热流密度的增加而分别增加,但随器件材料热导率的减小而增加的幅度越来越大,随输入热流密度的增加而增加的幅度却越来越小;电源电动...

Abstract:In this paper,a mathematical model of a thermoelectric system was created.The effect of the component’s coefficient of thermal conductivity and the structure on electromotive force,output power and efficiency were analyzed by thermodynamic theory.The results show that,the electromotive force,output power and efficiency increase with the decrease of the component’s coefficient of thermal conductivity,and increase faster.They also increase with the increase of heat flux,but increase more slowly.The results also show that,the electromotive force increases but the output power and the efficiency first increase and then decrease with the increase of the component’s length or with the decrease of cross sectional area.This study will be an important reference to the design of thermoelectric system.
