摘    要:双极板与扩散层之间的接触电阻是导致质子交换膜燃料电池功率损失的重要因素.研究接触电阻的影响因素与形成规律并对其进行准确预测,对提高和优化质子交换膜燃料电池性能具有重要意义.提出了接触电阻本构关系的概念和基于实验本构关系的接触电阻预测方法.通过平板压缩试验测得了石墨-扩散层的接触电阻与接触压力实验本构关系.采用实验本构关系预测了不同装配压力下石墨双极板与扩散层间的接触电阻,并与实测结果进行了对比.结果表明,提出的基于实验本构关系的接触电阻预测方法是可行的.

Abstract:Contact resistance between bipolar plate and gas diffusion layer (B/D) is a key factor led to the power loss of proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell. It has important meaning for improving and optimizing the performance of PEM fuel cells by studying affected factors and formative rules of contact resistance and forecasting it accurately. Conception of contact resistance constitutive relation and forecast method of contact resistance based on experiment constitutive resistance were proposed. Experiment constitutive relation of contact resistance versus contact pressure of graphite-diffusion layer was obtained with experiment of flat compression. Contact resistance between graphite bipolar plate and diffusion layer under different clamping pressures was predicted with experiment constitutive relation,which was compared with experiment's result. As a result the forecast method of contact resistance based on experiment constitutive relation is feasible.
