摘    要:研究了三种处理废锌锰电池并对其进行资源化利用的方法与工艺,即化学沉淀法、树脂分离法以及电解分离法,对其处理效果进行比较,通过对比Zn、Fe、Cu等金属的回收率,认为酸溶后先化学沉淀再树脂分离是最适合的废锌锰电池资源化处理工艺。

Abstract:Three methods of the treatment and resource utilization of Zn-Mn Batteries such as chemical precipitation,resin separating and electrolytic dissociation were studied.Evaluation of the effectiveness was also conducted by comparing the recovery rate of Zn,Fe and Cu.The results show that the resin separation method after chemical precipitation for acid solution is the most suitable method for metal recovery from Zn-Mn Batteries.
