氢镍电池加速寿命试验中性能研究

摘    要:为提高氢镍电池的可靠性,快速准确考核氢镍电池的使用寿命,对氢镍电池进行恒定DOD 80%加速寿命试验。寿命试验已完成2 137次,试验电池性能正常,满足在轨应用15年以上,表明该种电池的充放电循环寿命能很好地满足设计要求。对寿命试验中电池充放电过程曲线,电池充放电量比,充放电时电池温度进行了研究分析,为在轨合理应用电池,延长使用寿命,提供了有益的借鉴。

Abstract:In order to advance the reliability of nickel-hydrogen battery,and check the life of nickel-hydrogen battery well and truly,accelerated life test was done to 80 Ah Ni-H2 battery under80% DOD.After 2 137 chargingdischarging cycles,the capability of the battery was all right.The experiment results show that the cycle life of the tested battery in orbit is more than 15 yeras.At the same time,the performance of the tested battery was analyzed and investigated,which may supply helpful information for extending the life of nickel-hydrogen battery.
