金属锂电极在KOH碱性溶液中的腐蚀研究(Ⅰ)

摘    要:通过测试不同温度、浓度的KOH电解液对金属锂腐蚀反应的影响,研究了金属锂在碱性电解液中的腐蚀行为,拟合出金属锂腐蚀速度随KOH电解液浓度的变化关系。在此基础上,分析计算了金属锂在碱性电解液中的腐蚀反应动力学参数,获得了该体系腐蚀过程的重要动力学数据,包括金属锂腐蚀反应的活化能Ea、腐蚀反应速度常数kcorr、腐蚀反应动力学方程指前因子,以及溶液中H2O的活度与KOH浓度之间的关系等。分析了金属锂腐蚀反应的控制步骤及其主要动力学参数,结果发现H2O在金属锂表面的阴极还原是整个腐蚀过程的速度控制步骤。

Abstract:The corrosion behaviors of lithium in strong alkaline solution were studied by measuring influences of temperature and concentration of KOH solution on lithium corrosion. And the relationship between lithium corrosion rate and KOH electrolyte concentration was fitted. Based on such basic results, the corrosion dynamic parameters of lithium electrode in KOH aqueous electrolyte solution were analyzed and computed. Several important dynamic parameters of the corrosion process were obtained, including activation energy, reaction rate constant, pre-exponential factor and the relationship between H2O activity and KOH concentration in electrolyte. Furthermore, the rate controlling step for lithium corrosion and its main dynamic parameters were analyzed. And it was revealed that cathodic reduction of H2O at lithium surface was the rate controlling process for the whole corrosion process.
