活性炭/氧化镍干凝胶超级电容器研究

摘    要:以高性能活性炭作为负极材料、纳米氧化镍干凝胶作为正极材料组成超级电容器,研究了此电容器在7 mol/L KOH水溶液体系中的电化学性能,其充放电电压可以达到1.6 V,比能量和比功率分别达到45 Wh/kg和35 kW/kg(以正负极活性材料本身质量计算),是一种性能优良的超级电容器.

Abstract:Electrochemical hybrid supercapacitors composed with high capacitive activated carbon and nickel oxide xerogels electrodes were studied in 7 mol/L KOH aqueous solutions, and high performance was obtained. The maximum charge-discharge voltage was about 1.6 V, and a maximum specific energy density of 45 Wh/kg and a maximum specific power density of 35 kW/kg were obtained based on total weight of two electrodes except current collector. The high performance obtained indicates that the C/NiOx hybrid supercapacitors are promising.
