摘    要:以Na型Y沸石分子筛为模板.糠醇为碳源,制备了孔径分布集中的微孔模板碳材料.所得模板碳的比表面积最大为826 m2/g,孔径主要集中在1.1 nm和1.6 nm.通过恒流法和循环伏安法分析了模板碳电极分别在1.5 mol/L NaOH、KOH、NaCl、Na2SO4 电解液中的电化学性能,研究了电极材料孔结构与电解质离...

Abstract:Ordered microporous carbons were synthesized by using Na-form zeolite Y as a template and furfuryl alcohol as carbon precursor.The templated carbons were obtained with BET surface area of 826 m2/g,and pore sizes around 1.1 nm and 1.6 nm.The performance of the templated carbon as electrodes of supercapacitors was tested in four different electrolytes,with constant current and cyclic voltammetry.It is found that the anions and cations diffuse inversely in the charge-discharge process.The specific capacitance is restricted by the sum of the anion and cation radius,declining rapidly when the sum of the anion and cation radius is over 0.42 nm.The capacitance per unit surface area of the templated carbon measured at 1.0 mA in 1.5 mol/L NaOH is much higher than that of the activated carbon fiber(14.2 vs.6.7 mF/cm2),which reflects obviously the effect of the pore size on the double layer capacitance.
