摘    要:以聚丙烯膜(PP)为基体,采用浸渍法制备了新型质子交换膜Nafion/PP膜,并通过掺杂的方式制备了复合膜TiO2/Nafion/PP。采用扫描电镜仪(SEM),红外光谱对复合膜进行了表征,测定了膜的质子交换容量和电导率,并考察了以两种复合膜作为隔膜的液流钒电池的电化学性能。结果表明:TiO2掺杂改性以后,TiO2/Nafion/PP的质子交换容量为0.7298mmol/g,含水率为17.86%,分别比Nafion/PP膜提高了75%和117%,复合膜电导率比Nafion/PP提高了27%。电化学测试结果表明:以TiO2/Nafion/PP为隔膜的模拟液流钒电池电池效率为67.76%,显示出优良的循环稳定性。

Abstract:New types of proton exchange membranes Nafion/PP and TiO2/Nafion/PP based on PP which were prepared by the method of soaking and TiO2 doping were introduced into the vanadium redox flow battery (VRB). SEM and IR spectra were taken to characterize the membranes.
