基于LabWindows/CVI的BMS测试系统设计

摘    要:随着大型锂离子电池组的逐步应用,电池组模块化设计成为了热点,而模块化的BMS(电池管理系统--Battery Management System)的性能测试目前还没有成熟的设备可用.为了检测电池组模块BMS的性能,设计了一种基于LabWindows/CVI技术的BMS测试系统,采用RS-232接口,由上位机模拟总体控制系统对模块BMS进行控制操作,并对模块BMS上报的数据进行分析,指示电池组的工作状态和故障预警信息.此测试系统可辅助锂离子电池组模块的开发,具有一定的实用价值.
