铝空气电池氧电极催化剂的工艺研究

摘    要:研究出一种以MnO_2、稀土氯化物为基本配料,制备廉价高效氧电极催化剧新工艺.通过正交实验,确定了焙烧催化剂的最佳工艺件.性能测试表明,制备的催化剂性能稳定可靠,在相同极化电位下,使工作电流密度从原来的20mA/cm~2提高到60mA/cm~2.

Abstract:A new technology to make a cheap and excellent oxygen electrode catalyst with manganese dioxide and rare-earth chloride for aluminum-air batteries is presented. The optimum roasting conditions for preparing the catalyst are determined by orthogbnal design. The testing results show that the properties of the catalyst prepared is stable and reliable, and the working current density reached up to 60 mA/cm2 compared with 20mA/cm2 of the conventional electrode when the same polarization potential is given.
