摘    要:为了提高圆柱型锂离子电池安全阀焊接和极耳焊接的速度,对18650圆柱型电池安全阀的激光焊接工艺进行了分析。分析结果表明在每个电池安全阀的焊接过程中,压紧机构执行两次压紧动作制约了焊接速度的进一步提升。通过采用振镜扫描结合原有转盘的焊接方式,实现了一次压紧多点激光扫描焊接,焊接速度提高了80%以上。这种扫描焊接方式应用到大容量电池安全阀焊接和极耳焊接上,速度的提升也非常显著。

Abstract:In order to improve the welding speed of cylindrical lithium-ion battery self-sealing and tab,the laser welding process of 18650 cylindrical battery self-sealing were analyzed.The analysis show that in each self-sealing welding process,the twice press by pressed bodies restricts the further enhance of welding speed.Through the use of galvanometer scanning combined with the original turntable,once compaction multi-point laser scanner welding with 80% promotion of welding speed was achieved.When this welding ...
