锌箔电极大电流密度放电性能研究

摘    要:采用锌箔制备锌电极,并对锌箔电极的制备工艺和大电流密度放电性能进行了初步研究。研究结果表明:锌箔经漏孔工艺处理,并通过点焊和冷压方式与导网压制成锌箔电极,可以进行大电流密度(248mA/cm2)放电,电极的利用率达55%以上;放电结果还表明:与压成式锌电极相比,锌箔电极大电流密度放电电压有明显提高,可以用于大功率锌银电池中。

Abstract:The zinc foil electrode was prepared by the zinc foil.The technique for preparing zinc foil electrode and the high current density discharge performances of the zinc foil electrode were investigated.The results showed that the zinc foil electrode prepared by pressing the pierced zinc foil onto the current collector could discharge at high current density(248 mA/cm2)and the utilization of the zinc foil electrode could reach over 55%.The results also showed that the discharge voltage of the zinc foil electrode at high current density was evidently improved compared with one of the pressed zinc electrode and the zinc foil electrode could be used in high power silver-zinc battery.
