超级电容器在不同充电模式下特性的研究

摘    要:采用当前应用最为广泛的恒流充电模式和恒流恒压混合充电模式对超级电容器进行大电流快速充电,并且对其关键特性——电压特性、温度特性在不同充电模式下得到的测试数据进行对比。结果表明,采用恒流恒压充电方式消除了超级电容器在大电流充电过程中内部温度迅速升高而影响容量特性的问题,保证了超级电容器充放电的效率。

Abstract:The constant current charging mode and constant current and constant voltage mixed charging mode which were the most widely used currently,were adopted for the fast charging of the super capacitor at the large current,and the key characteristics,such as voltage characteristics,temperature characteristics were compared with the different charging modes.It shows that the constant current and constant voltage charging mode eliminate the internal high temperature of the super capacitor during large current charging,the high temperature will affect the capacity property,and also ensures the efficiency of charging and discharging for super capacitor.
