摘    要:介绍了一种新型蓄电池充放电装置的系统结构和工作原理,并对其控制方法和控制电路进行了研究。在此基础上,研制了一台实验样机。实验结果表明,所研制的蓄电池充放电装置集充、放电功能于一体,既可作蓄电池的充电电源,实现对蓄电池恒压、恒流充电,又可作蓄电池放电的负载,把蓄电池恒流放电时的能量回馈到电网。且在蓄电池充、放电的过程中,均可以实现网侧电流正弦化和高功率因数、低谐波污染,节能效果显著,具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:The system configure and operation principle of the novel storage battery charged and discharged device were introduced, and its control method and circuit were gived. A prototype was designed according to them. Experimental results show that the device can be used in charging storage battery with constant voltage or current and discharging storage battery back to electric net with constant current. This device has the advantages of undistorted sinusoidal current waveform, high power factor and low AC harmonic. It can save more electric energy and can be used in many fields.
