铅酸蓄电池用隔板技术现状及应用

摘    要:综述了富液式铅酸蓄电池和VRLA电池对隔板的不同需求,详细列举了VRLA电池对隔板提出的新要求;根据铅酸蓄电池应用领域的不同,包括启动、点火、照明用(SLI)、工业用、阀控密封式及牵引用铅酸蓄电池,总结了相应隔板须具备的技术条件;简述了几种新型隔板的研究和应用情况,其中包括(1)新型结构——多层隔板的应用,(2)新型研究——隔板压缩对电池性能的影响,(3)新型材料——SWP隔板和UHMW-PE隔板;并对隔板的发展趋势作出展望。

Abstract:The different demands of separators in flooded and valve regulated lead acid batteries(VRLAB)were reviewed,and the new requirements of separators for VRLAB were listed in detail specially.The different technological conditions of VRLAB were summarized for various applications,such as LAB for SLI,industrial use,valve-regulated LAB and traction LAB.Some latest researches and applications of novel separators were also presented,they were:(1)new structure —— multi-layered separators;(2)new researches —— the influence of compression on LAB performance;(3)new material——SWP and UHMW-PE separators.Finally,the development prospect of LAB was outlined.
