该文通过对大功率LED光源特性的分析和研究,提出了LED光源在矿用防爆灯具应用中所面临的技术难题和在现有条件下解决的方法;并通过对几种不同结构的LED光源的特性分析结合目前井下几种矿用防爆灯具的结构特征,说明针对井下不同的防爆灯具只有合理地选择与之匹配的LED光源,才能真正发挥LED光源自身的优势,才能真正解决好LED在防爆灯具应用中的技术难题,设计出真正长寿命,节能安全的防爆灯具,为煤矿用户在选购灯具时提供一点建议,并以此来给煤矿企业的安全生产提供有力的照明保障。

Application of LED Light in Mine Explosion-proof Lamps

This text Based on the characteristics of high power LED light source analysis and research,presented technical challenges of the LED light source in mine explosion-proof lamps which are faced and the solutions under the existing conditions;and through several different structures characteristics of LED light sources analysis,and combined with the current several underground mine explosion-proof lighting structural features,indicating for the different underground LED light explosion-proof lighting,only choice matching LED light reasonably,source can really play their own advantages,can really to solve the technical problems in applications of Explosion-proof LED lamps,design a truly long life,energy security,proof lamps,provide some suggestions for coal mining user who choose lamps and also provide effective security lighting for coal mining enterprises product safety.
