光照对季节性情感障碍的治疗研究

季节性情感障碍是指每年同一时期反复发作的抑郁性情感精神疾病,对人们的日常工作和生活产生了严重的负面影响。采用非药物治疗手段的光照治疗季节性情感障碍是一种有效的方法。文章研究了季节性情感障碍的病因、褪黑素与季节性情感障碍的关系,探讨了光疗通过抑制褪黑素来治疗季节性情感障碍的作用机制,分析了不同光谱成分对人体的光生物学效应,认为蓝、绿光谱的治疗效果较为明显。

The Research of the Phototherapy about Seasonal Affective Disorder

Seasonal affective disorder is a depressive psychosis of which people suffer from recurrent bouts every year.The seasonal affective disorder has seriously negative effects on people’s everyday work and lives.Phototherapy is an effective method to treat seasonal affective disorder which is not a medication therapeutic tool.This article researches the cause of seasonal affective disorder and the relationship between melatonin and seasonal affective disorder.Then this article discusses the phototherapy’s mechanism of action.Finally,this article analyses the biological effect of light with different spectral component and puts forward a view that the optical spectrums of blue and green have good treatment effects.
