针对企业ERP实施效果与实施目标存在差异的现状,以ERP蕴含的流程为目标进行业务流程的规范与优化,通过现有ERP平台,运用BPM技术,结合Web Service实现企业资源共享和业务流程整合,开发出适合企业的工作流管理方式。以高级应用BPM研究目标拟定的人力资源模块中人员增加的审批流程为例,介绍企业内部业务文档的自动转换和传递。
